  • Meeting with clients to understand the purpose and expectations for each event.
  • Brainstorming and planning the scope of the event, including time, location, program, and cost.
  • Implementing event concepts and themes.
  • Working with the client to choose where to hold the event and whom to contract for services.
  • Inspect places to ensure they meet the client’s requirements.
  • Solicit bids from places and service providers (for example, florists or caterers).
  • Coordinate event services such as rooms, transportation, caterers, staff, and entertainment.
  • Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
  • Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
  • Anticipating attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks.
